Fabian Dechent works as a lawyer at MKM+PARTNER, providing legal services to clients in the fields of intellectual property, data protection, copyright and competition law in particular. As a certified data protection officer, he advises companies in all industries, particularly in matters of data protection and copyright. The focus of his work is the legal evaluation of data protection issues as well as national and international advice to pharmaceutical companies on the planning of online and offline marketing campaigns in terms of medicinal product advertising law and competition law.
Fabian Dechent successfully passed his state examinations at the University of Erlangen and at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg and then worked for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the legal department before joining MKM+PARTNER.
