Peter Weingärtner has been working in the field of data protection since 2014 and has obtained his certificate as data protection officer from TÜV. Since 2021, he has been working at MKM Datenschutz GmbH to implement the EU General Data Protection Regulation for our customers and to provide support on general issues relating to the handling of personal data. First and foremost, he solves questions and challenges relating to technical and organizational measures in the area of data protection.
After training in mechanical engineering, there were several subsequent training steps in technology, via processing techniques in the paper processing industry, followed by IT for machine controls and data processing. In order to meet special requirements and problems in data processing, the development and programming of proprietary data processing systems and the administration of all hardware such as control and server systems as well as access control with separation systems, video surveillance, etc. followed.
As deputy technical manager, head of the technology department and project manager for address management, Peter Weingärtner has undergone further training in project management and IT security management and has acquired the Scrum Master and TÜV certificates.
